Favorites of the month: April '11 + Giveaway

This post is definitely a bit overdue, but better late than never, right? :)
I always love watching "favorites videos" and reading "favorites posts" when other people do them, so I want to make sure that I do them when I have time as well! :)

MAC Studio Fix Powder

I always use Studio Fix powder when I'm in a hurry but still want to wear something on my face.
It's pretty easy to get nice coverage with it if it's used with a dense kabuki-style brush like the MAC #182, but it can be applied with a less dense brush for less coverage as well.
I usually keep it in my purse for touch-ups during the day (the little mirror inside the compact is pretty handy for that as well).

Oh, yeah, the name is pretty sweet as well! ;)
Only bad thing about this is that it was limited edition and sold out really fast. Boo.

Too bad it's out of my usual price range ;) I just can't justify getting more of these...

Vanilla is definitely one of my most used products, but I guess I take it a bit for granted and seem to forget to talk about it in videos and on here!
It definitely is an absolutely amazing color though!

Basically the perfect everyday product for my hair! It gives it texture, adds volume and makes it look great without looking overdone! Definitely my most used hair product this month!

Sunscreen

Piz Buin In Sun radiant face cream SPF30, Blistex Protect Plus SPF30, Garnier Kids SPF50+

Wear sunscreen. WEAR SUNSCREEN. Wear sunscreen. Wear sunscreen. Wear sunscreen.
OK, you get the idea. But really. Wear sunscreen ;)
You obviously don't need to be as crazy as me, and get the highest SPF available, but please, please, please take good care of your skin and remember to put on sunscreen :)
(And no. SPF 5 doesn't count. Don't go lower than SPF 15 :) )

Spring is such a great time to wear pastel colors on the nails, don't you think? :)
I'm pretty sure OPI Gargantuan Green Grape is my all time favorite pastel color :)
