I don't seem to get along with gold eyeshadow very well.
Not that it looks horrible on me, but I just seem to find it rather boring once I put it on - even if it's an awesome color like Goldilux, and even if that awesome color is applied on top of Pixie Epoxy, which makes it even more awesome. Yeah, a whole lot of awesomeness turned into "mehh" once the look is done.
What's your favorite way to wear gold eyeshadow?
And do you ever feel like there are other colors that look more amazing by themselves than they do in a finished look?
