Glitter, glitter, glitter!

I've been neglecting fun makeup. Badly.
Mostly because I'm too busy, but when I finally sit down to play around with it, I feel like I don't know where to begin since I've been in such a rut. Actually, I think it has something to do with me wanting to do something absolutely crazy and amazing when I finally do have the time, so I end up not wanting to do anything at all.

For this look, I tried picking a product(the glitter) to do a look without trying too hard to do something super crazy ;)

I used:

Eyes:
MAC Silver Ring e/s
MAC Print e/s
Makeup Store Holographic glitter
DUO Lash glue to get the glitter to stick
MAC Hi-Def Cyan chromagraphic pencil(PRO)
MAC Big T e/s(LE)
Mascara

Brows:
MAC Blonde impeccable brow pencil

Face:
Don't remember. It might have been MAC Face&Body foundation(C1 mixed with White(PRO))

Cheeks:
Pretty sure it's MAC So Sweet, So Easy cremeblend blush

Lips:
MAC Pink Fish tinted lip conditioner (LE)

This is very nice. I have some ideas that you could do, I don't know if you heard of the HBO series Game of Thrones, how about doing some tutorials inspired by the different houses of the series? that would be amazing. Just a thought. Love your blog and youtube channel. Best wishes.

Thanks! :)
I absolutely love Game of Thrones and can't wait for the new season!
It might be a fun source of inspiration for makeup, actually!! :)
I'll definitely consider that :)

I'm happy to know you are fan of the show. Last night was the season premiere here in the US and the first episode was so exciting and fantastic. Glad to know you might do a makeup series. I know you will do a fantastic job.
I haven't had time to watch the new episode but I can't wait!!
Gorgeous! I love the blueeee

Thank you!! :)
Cute-- a sweet amount of glitter, looks flirty and very feminine, not spackled.

As for your busy, wanting-to-go-crazy dilemma, I know that deal. What I do is this: when I switch over my colors each season, I craft a complete but simple go-to look, that can be built upon. I put all of the makeup I need for that look in a single compartmentalized bag, so that i never have to waste time searching. Then, when I have extra time, I usually end up starting with the basic look and flaring on from there. Just because we're makeup artists, doesn't mean we always need to start from scratch! Peace, Mari

Thanks! :)

That definitely sounds like a good way to go about it! It's actually what I do a lot of the time when I do makeup on other people.
When it comes to doing makeup on myself, however, I get bored with doing the same looks extremely quickly and rarely do the exact same eye look more than once.
I might have to try your method though. It does sound like it could work if I gave it a chance!! :)
That glitter is amazing!

I totally know what you mean about wanting to do fun looks but when i finally get the time I dont feel up to it. I love this look! Its fun and edgy but not over the top. I especially love the blue!
Gorgeous! You are beautiful and so is your makeup! I want to try this immediately :)
