E.L.F: First impressions and everyday look

I love trying out different brands and products, so I was excited to finally try some ELF products!
I wanted to try to film a "first impressions"-type video, so I've included that and would love to know what you think about it.

As I say in the video, I was very pleasantly surprised by the products - I think they're pretty good, especially considering the price. The products I tried out are pretty basic; eye pencil, gel liner, blush, lipgloss and brushes, but ELF has so many different products, so I'm really curious to try more of them!

The ELF products were sent to me by ELF Cosmetics Denmark and the products are priced between DKR 12.96 and 30.24.

Eyeliner done with the angled eyeliner brush

Eyeliner done with the small eyeliner brush that came with the liner

Products used for the look:

Eyes/Øjne:
MAC Untitled paint
ELF "Blissful Blush" shimmer eyeliner pencil
ELF "Black" cream eyeliner

Face/Ansigt:
MAC Matchmaster foundation 1.0 mixed with a little MAC careblend essential oil

Cheeks/Kinder:
ELF "Tickled pink" blush

Lips/Læber:
MAC Subculture lip pencil
ELF "Perfect Pink" 2 in 1 conditioning gloss

Let me know if you'd like to see more in-depth reviews on any of the ELF products and I'll be happy to write them :)

Updated thoughts:

The cream eyeliner transferred onto the eyelid where the shimmer pencil was, but it wasn't a problem when wearing regular eyeshadow instead of the shimmer pencil.

Also, I don't sound too impressed with the blush in the video, but I've actually been using it a lot!

Do you have any favorites that you'd recommend? :)
This is GORGEOUS! Polished, edgy and fresh all in one go.

Now my video request: How do you make brown eye makeup edgy?

Thank you so much! :)

I guess it depends on what you think about when saying "edgy"...
Lots of eyeliner and paired with red lips would make me think of edgy :)

I guess it could be a fun video too though :)
You do the most perfect winged liner!

Aww, thank you!
It's something I've been working on a lot :)
Wow, you look so fresh! I haven't tried ELF's gel liners yet, but from the pictures it looks like it works well.
How do the cream liners compare to other brands like MAC, Bobbi Brown, Maybelline and Physician's Formula??

What i love from ELF-- the eyeshadow primer, the clear mascara/brow-set gel (both in one tube, with separate sides to it), the liquid eyeliner ( i have brown, which i never used to use-- now i use it constantly! The multi-purpose products are pretty good, too-- like eye/lip/cheek sticks.

And the Zit zapper roll-on-- good stuff.
I’ve tried a couple of E.L.F Brushes and they have all been very good. Check out my blog @ http://essentialsinbeauty.blogspot.com/ and my Twitter @ https://twitter.com/#!/laura_dazzledme

How do you do your eyeliner so neatly!!

Beautiful pics :).
I warmly recommend Studio face brushes and mineral eyeshadows :)
And always, ALWAYS read the reviews before ordering - helps to avoid the not-so-good products like the reb kabuki, brrrr

The only problem with e.l.f. is that you have a local Danish reseller - this means no discounts etc. Clients would have been better off ordering from the UK store.
