Top 10 polishes for summer!

I was watching JulieG713's video about her favorite summer polishes earlier today and thought it sounded like a fun video to do :)

So here it is - video and polish pictures!

Weekly Polish post vol. 1

I'm trying out this new way of posting my NOTDs - in a collective post once a week :)
I'd love to know what you think about doing it this way rather than posting all the NOTDs in seperate posts :)

POTD: GOSH Rainbow nailpolish

I've mentioned this polish before, but it's been a while so I think I can do it again now :D

It's such a gorgeous polish! It has a clear base with multi-colored flakes.
The magic doesn't happen when you apply this polish by itself though - it needs to be layered on top of something else to really make it work :)

It works with pretty much any color!

My favorites are on top of a black like China Glace Liquid Leather

or on top of a dark purple like China Glaze Let's Groove

Ocean blue NOTD

Today I was wearing GOSH Ocean nail polish :)
What can I say? I just love bright colors on my nails! ;)

I'm wearing GOSH "Purple Heart" nailpolish - please excuse the state of my nails and the sloppily applied nailpolish - you get the idea of the colour, right? :)

If you saw my "Recent makeup buys"-post you most likely saw the pretty nail polishes that I got :)

Please excuse my not so gorgeous nails and the semi-crappy application. I just wanted to see how the two polishes would look layered :)

I really love those "flakie" nail polishes! They add a bit of fun to any boring polish I have sitting unloved on the shelve ;)
Now I just need to find out where to get more! ;)





I haven't done any NOTD posts before and there's a reason for that...
My nails don't look great and I've been too impatient to do anything about it. Before my polish dries I've usually screwed it up. But that was before I found out about quick drying sprays and top coats! ;) Since discovering those I've been much happier to experiment.
That being said, I'm in no way a nail expert! And I haven't tried many of the popular brands like China Glaze and O.P.I - only because I don't have access to them where I live.
I do plan on making an online order though! ;)
